The Youth Speak Out! Survey is a voluntary and confidential survey for youth in foster casre who are preparing to live independently after leaving foster care, or for young persons who have already left foster care. The participant's survey answers will provide invaluable information about their experiences preparing for and then moving into independent and self-sufficient living situations. Answers provided by survey participants are completely confidential and will be used only for the purpose of reporting aggregate information about the greater population of older youth in foster care in the District.
